Responsibilities

- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and visualization tools
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on project deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
