Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Document requirements, workflows, and system specifications using UML diagrams and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs and validate solutions
- Support Agile/Scrum teams by writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
