- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in FinTech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and gap analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholder experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
