Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional specifications
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and create process flow diagrams
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables align with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with financial services background
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (BPMN, Lean)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
