Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document specifications
- Create detailed dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Develop test cases and validate data integrity for new implementations
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong background in process mapping and requirement documentation
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
