Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets, prepare detailed reports, and create visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system configurations using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
