What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize system workflows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise user stories and technical documentation for the development team.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
