Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate requirements gathering meetings, workshops, and elicitation sessions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and create wireframes and process maps.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
