We are looking for a self-starter who can translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that drive productivity.
- Documentation: Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users to ensure project goals are met.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to support decision-making and validate business cases.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate system changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with data modeling tools is a plus.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
