Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, staff, and clients, to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, data models, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure clear communication across departments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the workflow.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding new processes and system changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
