Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL and data visualization tools
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present insights through executive dashboards and data-driven recommendations
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure business alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements using UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with fintech or SaaS industries preferred
