Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Create detailed process maps, use case diagrams, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with software engineers and QA testers to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and presentations to executive leadership and clients.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
