Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and business needs.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including user stories, process maps, and business requirement documents (BRD).
- Develop and present regular reports and dashboards to leadership to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT departments to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
