Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current workflows to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Gather Requirements: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define detailed business requirements.
- Data Modeling: Create and maintain accurate data models and documentation to support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams (IT) and business units to ensure clear communication.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving business problems.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site or hybrid in Las Vegas, NV.
