Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional needs.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Case diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business units, facilitating effective communication.
- Testing & QA: Support the Quality Assurance process by defining test scenarios and validating solutions against requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and presentations to keep leadership informed on project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is highly desirable.
