Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new systems and process improvements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use case diagrams to visualize current and future state workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and technical specifications for the development team.
- Reporting: Develop and present regular performance reports and business metrics to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and at least one BPMN modeling tool (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
- Agile/Scrum: Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments is highly desirable.
