Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define business needs and solutions.
- Create detailed process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future state processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document) and UAT plans.
- Present complex data findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within an Agile or Waterfall software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
