Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define project scope and business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Create detailed business process models, data flow diagrams, and system integration plans.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for reporting, presenting insights, and recommending strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related corporate field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
