Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and pain points.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project milestones and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
