Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
