Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging paradigm shifts
- Analyze convergence of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and spatial computing to identify transformative opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruption in enterprise ecosystems and consumer markets
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate next-gen startups in deep tech verticals
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and market adoption rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruption (demonstrated through patents, published forecasts, or successful ventures)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, neurotech interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or relevant STEM field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Strong data visualization skills with ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
