Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify, analyze, and document functional requirements and system needs.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to drive process improvements and optimize business operations.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the IT development team.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and flowcharts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
