Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Needs: Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, pain points, and business goals to propose effective solutions.
- Requirement Gathering: Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, engineers) and non-technical business units to ensure alignment.
- Process Modeling: Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize system workflows and user journeys.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of requirements, test cases, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
