Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation to support system enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and finance to define success metrics
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing to validate solution effectiveness
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership decisions
- Support agile development cycles through backlog grooming and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile (Scrum/SAFe) preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
