Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define business needs and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable process improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications documents.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
