Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in the design and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and use cases.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks or issues to the project management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
