Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Map out complex business processes and create process flow diagrams and user stories.
- Act as the liaison between business clients and technical development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate requirement reviews and sprint planning meetings to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
