Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI capabilities, specifically targeting breakthroughs by 2026.
- Oversee the development and deployment of next-generation Large Language Models and generative algorithms.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI ethicists.
- Establish frameworks for AI governance, ensuring compliance with global regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Prioritize research initiatives that will yield high-impact results in the autonomous systems market.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning systems in production environments.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through periods of rapid technological change.
