Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI evolution, specifically targeting key milestones and capabilities for the year 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build scalable, high-performance AI systems.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor the global AI landscape to identify disruptive technologies and integrate them into our product roadmap before they become industry standards.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards and ethical best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve in generative model research.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Vision: Proven track record of anticipating future tech trends and successfully pivoting product strategies to capitalize on them.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
