Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering capacity.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and long-term vision setting.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
