As a key member of our Future Ops team, you will be responsible for identifying disruptive trendsâranging from Advanced AI and Quantum Computing to Neural Interfacesâthat will shape the competitive landscape of the next four years. You will work directly with C-suite executives to ensure our infrastructure and product lines are future-proofed for the year 2026.

Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and predict their adoption rates by 2026.
- Develop and maintain a 4-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Identify regulatory and ethical implications of future tech (AI, Bio-tech, Space) early.
- Pitch strategic initiatives to stakeholders and secure budget for experimental projects.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to spot competitive advantages before they materialize.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Strategy, Technology Consulting, or R&D.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends with high accuracy.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science ecosystems.
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term strategic forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of translating complex tech for non-technical executives.
