Apex Horizon Systems is looking for a visionary Chief Strategy Officer to lead our organization into the year 2026 and beyond. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for forecasting technological shifts, identifying new market opportunities, and architecting the strategic roadmap that positions us as a leader in the next generation of digital infrastructure.

We are building the foundational layers of tomorrow’s internet. We need a strategic leader who can navigate ambiguity, identify emerging trends like Quantum Computing and Advanced AI, and translate them into actionable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the '2026 Strategic Vision,' aligning long-term technology goals with business objectives.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technologies and emerging industry trends.
- Partner with the CTO and CPO to define the technology stack and infrastructure requirements for the future.
- Drive M&A strategy and partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions.
- Communicate complex strategic roadmaps to the board of directors and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and ethical standards in the deployment of future-facing technologies.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in strategic leadership, technology management, or executive consulting.
- Proven experience in forecasting technology trends and implementing future-proof roadmaps.
- Deep technical fluency in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
- Strong background in financial modeling, business development, and P&L management.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
