Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI frameworks capable of supporting the complex demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define and drive the technical strategy for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Reliability: Oversee the deployment of robust CI/CD pipelines and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Research & Dev: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, evaluating their potential integration into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems and microservices architectures at scale.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous and complex engineering challenges.
