Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly testable code.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex application issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for next-generation systems.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through our structured new-grad program.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior internship, hackathon, or significant project experience in software development is a plus.
