Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process and update client account information accurately using internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing corporate accounts.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the training of new hires and contribute to team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or corporate administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a busy office.
- Reliable transportation required.
