Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve complex client issues and escalations with a focus on first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

- Ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift adjustments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
