Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify new business opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in daily training workshops and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to support client acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
