Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Process client orders and verify information to ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Provide exceptional service that aligns with our corporate brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or corporate administration is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
