Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound client communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex account inquiries and transaction disputes with precision
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% compliance standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs analysis
- Participate in weekend team training sessions and performance reviews
- Generate weekly performance reports using data analytics tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate customer service experience in financial services
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a hybrid team model
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm) with mandatory weekday training
- BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- FINRA Series 6 or 63 certification desirable
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
