Responsibilities

- Assist in the daily operation of customer accounts, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Learn and apply our company's sales and service processes to support team goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a fast-paced office environment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and contribute to the growth of the client portfolio.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude, high level of integrity, and a strong desire to learn.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday).
- Experience is not required; we value attitude and aptitude over past experience.
