Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process for all weekend shipments, including receiving, inventory verification, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with third-party carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate digital records and update the ERP system in real-time to reflect inventory status and shipment tracking.
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure compliance with corporate safety protocols and local regulations.
- Analyze weekend shipping data to identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor inquiries regarding delivery schedules and order discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the management team to forecast inventory needs for the upcoming week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate standard warehouse machinery safely.
