Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all overnight warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and quality control standards
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional communication between night/day shifts and corporate departments
- Manage inventory control systems and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations for night shift personnel
- Develop contingency plans for emergency scenarios during off-hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations with night shift leadership
- Strong proficiency in WMS and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification and safety management experience
- Proven ability to analyze KPIs and drive process improvements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
