Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and facility safety.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ employees, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for the early morning delivery schedule.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues immediately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all corporate policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a corporate or logistics setting.
- Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously during night hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
