- Oversee end-to-end operations during night shift, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

- Coordinate with international teams for seamless global operations handover
- Enforce compliance protocols and security measures for confidential data
- Generate executive reports summarizing night shift performance and incidents
- Act as primary escalation point for overnight operational issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate operations management
- Proven night shift leadership experience in regulated industries
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma or PMP preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems and data analytics tools
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making abilities
