Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow for all departments.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and visitors, maintaining professional relationships.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, memos, and corporate communications.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and manage HR documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
