Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the night shift team, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and shift handovers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs during evening hours.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for urgent client escalations and stakeholder communication after hours.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights on team productivity and operational health.
- Collaborate with the day shift leadership team to ensure continuity of business processes and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years specifically in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, CRM software, and standard office productivity tools.
