Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and market trends.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenarios to support executive decision-making and budget forecasting.
- Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports to assess business health and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level goals into actionable operational plans.
- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline corporate processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, derive meaningful insights, and present findings clearly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
