Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create comprehensive business plans that outline growth initiatives, market expansion, and resource allocation.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to identify new business opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Executive Reporting: Present strategic findings and performance metrics to the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline operations and reduce overhead costs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or financial analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Columbus, Ohio.
