Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily corporate operations, logistics, and administrative functions during weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of 5+ corporate staff members to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to align weekend project goals with broader corporate objectives.
- Ensure all operational procedures comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze operational data and generate weekly performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and internal stakeholder communications effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar corporate leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
