Responsibilities
- Oversee daily corporate operations and ensure all departmental processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5+ employees, conducting weekly performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Analyze operational data and prepare detailed weekly reports for senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to streamline workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of all corporate assets and inventory, ensuring timely audits and reporting.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and internal escalations with a focus on resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate operations or management role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational targets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
